Privacy policy

This policy covers Vantage Master Systems, the platform design build companies use to run their projects, and the information it holds for those companies and their clients. Each company also has its own policy, linked from its forms.

Contact details you give us: your name, email, phone number and project address.

Project details: what you want built, photos and drawings you share, selections, proposals, signatures, invoices and messages about your project.

Texts and calls with us: the content of texts, the time and length of calls, and voicemails you leave.

Payments are made through Stripe. We see the amount and status of a payment, never your full card or bank account number.

When you use our forms and pages: your IP address, browser, the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link, so we can keep the service secure and see which advertising brings in requests.

To answer your request, schedule and confirm appointments, prepare estimates and proposals, carry out and document your project, take payment, and handle warranty service.

To send messages you asked for or agreed to, including appointment confirmations and reminders and project updates.

To keep records the law requires, such as signed home improvement contracts and payment records, and to protect against fraud and misuse.

Vantage Master Systems sends text messages only to people who agreed to receive them, for example by checking the consent box on a request or booking form, by texting us first, or by telling us. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, START to resume, and HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us, who may use them only for that.

Service providers that run the service for us under contract: hosting (Amazon Web Services), email and text delivery (such as Twilio), payments (Stripe), and accounting software if we connect it. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

People working on your project that we bring in, such as architects, engineers or trade partners, limited to what they need for that work.

Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety and that of others.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep project and contract records for as long as the law and our warranty obligations require, and other information for as long as it is useful to serve you. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Information is encrypted in transit and stored with access limited to the people and systems that need it. Staff accounts can require two step sign in. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you as the law requires if your information is involved in a breach.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and you can stop emails with the unsubscribe link or by asking us, and texts by replying STOP.

Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
